- We believe that being responsive to our clients' needs is more than ensuring on-time delivery. To understand our clients better and to foster a good working relationship, we conduct periodic staff exchange programmes between our staff and our clients' housekeeping staff. By seeing how the 'other side' works, both parties can aim for a smoother working relationship.
State-of-the-art equipment
- Our three plants have a production floor area of over 12,000 square metres with a capacity to manage over 100 tons of laundry daily. Our state-of-the-art laundry equipment can handle different kinds of fabric, ensuring a better wash that protects the quality of the linen.
- Zero Spot is also continuously upgrading our technology. Currently we offer our self-created laundry management software that has proven to be an essential tool for many of our customers.
