the mark. We also wanted to be sure that we were well-prepared for emergencies and able
to assure our clients of zero operational downtime. As a result, we became one of the first
few companies in the laundry service industry in Singapore to attain the ISO 9001:2000,
ISO 14001. With these certifications, Zero Spot is now setting the benchmark for business
excellence in the Singapore laundry service industry.
Attaining quality certifications is only the beginning of our quest for quality. Committed to
continuously improve, we have also put in place stringent internal and external evaluation
systems to identify potential gaps. In addition, we also conduct regular training for our internal staff as well as clients to ensure high standards of service delivery.
